ZaciSa’s Last Stand

ZaciSa’s Last StandDemo Version - Can you survive?

ZaciSa's Last Stand is a simple, yet challenging, 2D tower defense game set in space.

The main concept is that you have to defend your base from an onslaught of enemy ships that seek to destroy you and your way of life.

To do this, you will deploy different Bot weapons, such as a Sentry or Bomber to destroy them before they get to your base.

The game will start out easy enough, at least in theory, with only something small, like twenty weak enemies. Every level you survive will result in more enemies with increasing strength.

You gain points and money for every ship you destroy, as well as a nice bonus at the end of each round.

You use this money to not only build more Bots, but also different kind of upgrades.

Featuring multiple maps to test your different strategies.

Can you survive the slaughter?

UNLEASH NEW EVOLUTIONS IN POKÉMON OMEGA RUBY AND POKÉMON ALPHA SAPPHIRE

New Nintendo 3DS Adventure Explores the Origins of Mega Evolution

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Dual Pack

REDMOND, Wash., Nov. 20, 2014 – Soaring high in the skies on the back of a majestic Pokémon, discovering the mysterious origins of Mega Evolution and releasing the primal powers of Legendary Pokémon. These are only a few of the new franchise features that players can experience for the first time in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, both launching exclusively for the portable Nintendo 3DS video game system on Nov. 21. With new Mega Evolutions of favorite Pokémon characters, new areas to explore and new ways to travel, fans who fell in love with the original Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire games will feel like they are embarking on their adventure through the Hoenn region for the first time.

“Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire kick off the holiday shopping season with games that both old and new Pokémon fans will love,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “The games let players explore and experience the world of Pokémon like never before, with hours of portable entertainment perfect for long holiday trips.”

While Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire provide fans of all ages with the classic game-play elements of catching, battling and trading Pokémon, the games contain many features never before seen in the Pokémon franchise. For the first time, the two Legendary Pokémon Groudon and Kyogre will undergo powerful transformations that rock the very region to its core as they become Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. These Primal Reversions take the Legendary Pokémon back to their primal forms and grant each of them commanding looks and moves. In addition, after catching the Pokémon Latias or Latios, players can learn to Soar, allowing them to hop on the back of these Dragon- and Psychic-type Pokémon and fly high above the Hoenn region. This ability lets players access new areas and discover even more Pokémon, including very powerful Legendary Pokémon from previous games in the series.

Catching and battling with Pokémon in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire is just as fun as ever, but now it can be done in different ways. Using the new PokéNav Plus, players can navigate the world and locate Pokémon in the city, in the wild or even high up in the sky. Any time players are near Pokémon, the PokéNav Plus will show them information about that Pokémon. Players can even sneak up on Pokémon in the wild, making it much easier to catch them. Mega Evolutions, first introduced in Pokémon X and Pokémon Y, return and now more Pokémon can evolve into this more powerful form. In a treat for fans who enjoy Pokémon lore, the mysterious origins of Mega Evolution reveal themselves in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire.

the two Legendary Pokémon Groudon and Kyogre

As with previous games in the series, players can battle and trade Pokémon with friends and other players around the world with a wireless broadband Internet connection. Using the Player Search System, anyone can seek out Pokémon battles and interact with players with the touch of a button. Fans of Pokémon X and Pokémon Y will also love to know that they can obtain the highly prized Eon Ticket to travel to a remote location to catch another Legendary Pokémon.

One of the unique features in the original Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire games was the ability to discover and set up personal Secret Bases. These Secret Bases return as Super-Secret Bases in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, and can be decorated with various items collected throughout the game. Fans who want to show off their beautifully decorated bases can invite friends to visit their Secret Bases using built-in communication features. And the customization aspects of the games don’t end there: Various Pokémon can be entered into in-game Pokémon Contest Spectaculars to show off their moves and win over the judges. Using Berries discovered in the game, players can make Pokéblocks to feed to their Pokémon, preparing these show stoppers to claim the top prize.

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire will be available in stores, at Nintendo.com and PokemonCenter.com, as well as in the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo 2DS on Nov. 21 at a suggested retail price of $39.99 each. For anyone who wants to pick up both games together, the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Dual Pack also launches on Nov. 21, exclusively at Best Buy retail stores, on BestBuy.com or on Amazon.com at a suggested retail price of $79.98. SUPER SMASH BROS. FOR WII U AND AMIIBO TAKE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON BY STORM

The First Round of 12 amiibo and the Biggest Super Smash Bros. Game Ever Launch on the Same Day

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U logo

REDMOND, Wash., Nov. 19, 2014 – This holiday season is all about Mario. And Link. And Yoshi. And Samus. And Kirby. And … well, a lot of classic video game characters. That’s because Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and the first round of amiibo figures, Nintendo’s first foray into the toys-to-life category, are both launching on Nov. 21, right in time for the holiday shopping season. Nintendo’s favorite characters are going to be everywhere, whether on the battlefields of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, on store shelves as must-have amiibo figures or at the top of everyone’s holiday wish lists.

“Launching Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and amiibo on the same day kicks off the holiday shopping season with a bang … and a smash,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “With a wide range of amiibo figures to choose from and a new Super Smash Bros. game on Wii U with more features than ever before, shopping for the Nintendo fan on your list will be easy this year.”

With amiibo, Nintendo is letting people experience games in fun new ways. By tapping an amiibo figure to the Wii U GamePad controller, gaming’s most recognizable characters can be used in different ways in many compatible games. Some games, like Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, will save data to the amiibo, while other games, like Mario Kart 8 and Hyrule Warriors, will give you bonus content just for tapping an amiibo to the GamePad. There’s no need to purchase an additional portal accessory!

When the first round of amiibo launches on Nov. 21, 12 characters will be available: Mario, Peach, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Link, Fox, Samus, Wii Fit Trainer, Villager, Pikachu, Kirby and Marth. Zelda, Luigi, Diddy Kong, Little Mac, Pit and Captain Falcon amiibo will be released in December, with additional figures launching throughout 2015. Individual amiibo can be used across multiple compatible games, a first for the toys-to-life category. For example, players who own a Link amiibo can use it as a fighting partner in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, to get a fun racing suit for their Mii characters in Mario Kart 8 and to access a special weapon in Hyrule Warriors. For more information about amiibo compatibility, visit http://www.amiibo.com.

amiibo figure in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U

After tapping an amiibo figure in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, the amiibo appears on the selection screen as a custom version of the character in the game. Players don’t control the amiibo character itself; the character acts as the players’ battle companion, fighting alongside or against them. Players can use amiibo as a partner, brawl with them in teams or have amiibo battle each other. In a first for the franchise, a special mode in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U lets up to eight players battle simultaneously on select stages in local multiplayer. And these battles can be a combination of real-life players and amiibo – one player vs. seven amiibo, four vs. four or even an all-amiibo battle with eight amiibo characters duking it out for victory! As players battle, amiibo gradually level up and learn how to fight through battles with players, other amiibo characters and computer players.

Even without the added fun of amiibo, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is easily the most robust version of Super Smash Bros. ever created. Coming off the heels of the Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS game, the first portable entry in the series, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U offers even more fun and exclusive content than ever before. In addition to a giant roster of classic video game characters and all the fighting action that fans of the series have fallen in love with over the years, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U offers plenty of new modes and stages that aren’t found anywhere else that will keep fans playing the game throughout the holiday season and well into 2015.

Among the almost-too-numerous-to-count new features in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is the ability to use the touch screen of the Wii U GamePad to create custom stages. Players who own the Nintendo 3DS version of the game can even use their Nintendo 3DS systems to control the action on the TV screen, in addition to Nintendo GameCube controller support and a variety of other available control options. (The GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U accessory is required for GameCube controller support.) Nintendo recently premiered a video that detailed these, and more than 50 other, new features unique to Super Smash Bros. for Wii U. The must-watch video can be viewed in its entirety by visiting https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j0BBGzfw0pQ.

Super Smash Bros. for Wii U will launch in stores, at Nintendo.com and in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U at a suggested retail price of $59.99. Wii U owners can pre-purchase Super Smash Bros. for Wii U directly from the Nintendo eShop or by purchasing a download code for the game from participating retailers. At the time of pre-purchase, much of the game’s data will be pre-loaded to the purchaser’s Wii U system if it is in Standby mode. As soon as the game launches in the Nintendo eShop at midnight Eastern time on Nov. 21, the final data needed to unlock the full game will automatically download if the Wii U system is in Standby mode.

Fans who can’t wait to play the game with a Nintendo GameCube controller can purchase the Super Smash Bros. for Wii U game bundled with the new GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U accessory and a custom Super Smash Bros. GameCube controller at a suggested retail price of $99.99. Individual amiibo figures will launch in stores on Nov. 21 at a suggested retail price of $12.99 each.

SUPER SMASH BROS. FOR NINTENDO 3DS IS 10TH NINTENDO 3DS GAME TO SELL 1 MILLION UNITS

Nov. 13, 2014 - It’s official: Smash is a smash. Despite only being on the market for a little more than a month, Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has already sold 1.2 million combined physical and digital units in the U.S alone. The game sold more than 485,000 total units in October to become the 10th Nintendo 3DS title to sell at least 1 million units in the U.S.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS

The Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS game is the best-selling hand-held title so far in 2014, but will face a stiff challenge to hold onto that title when the next great Pokémon adventures – Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire – arrive on Nov. 21.

Wii U continues to have a very strong year. Through the first 10 months of 2014, total sales of Wii U hardware and software have increased by 47 percent and 84 percent, respectively, over the same period in 2013. Those numbers are both poised to grow with the one-two punch of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and amiibo on Nov. 21, which are then quickly joined by Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker on Dec. 5.

The full list of million-plus sellers on Nintendo 3DS in the United States is as follows:
